How to Use Rango

This guide will walk you through swapping cryptocurrencies using Rango Exchange with your hot wallet. Rango Exchange is great for swapping certain pairs that your regular wallet might not support. For example, you can swap USDT Tether from your hot wallet into cryptocurrencies like BTC or ETH.

Before You Start

1. Open your hot wallet (like Trust Wallet or Exodus)
2. Check that you have the tokens you want to swap in your wallet.

How to Swap Crypto with Rango

1. Log into a hot wallet (Trust Wallet or Exodus)
2. Head over to rango.exchange and Open the Software – you may need a VPN
3. In the upper right corner, hit Connect Wallet.
4. Choose your wallet (Trust Wallet or Exodus) from the options.
5. Select the coins you want to swap.
   • Take a moment to review the transaction details and the fees. The fee can vary a lot based on how liquid the market is for each token. Less common swaps might have higher fees, so it’s smart to check before you proceed.
6. If everything looks good, click Swap to kick off the transaction.
7. Open your hot wallet to generate a deposit address for the crypto you’re swapping into.
   • Double-check that the address matches what you see on your screen. This step is super important!
8. Paste your hot wallet deposit address into Rango, then click Confirm Swap.
9. Keep an eye on the exchange rate; it might change while you’re entering your details. If it differs significantly from what you saw earlier, you might need to confirm the new rate.
10. Review the transaction in your hot wallet app.
11. If all looks good, follow the prompts in your wallet to sign the transaction.

That’s it! Click View Details to track your transaction.

Once everything’s confirmed, your swapped amount will show up in your hot wallet. Happy swapping!
